In an effort to further increase the wealth of those countries whose primary concern is boosting the economical and social growth within it's borders, The Dragonian Empire proposes that militaries should be combined to create a conglomerate Capitalist Alliance. This alliance of economically rich nations will be able to protect each other and maintain a growing business sector.
