The Free Land of Armed Anarchists wishes to inform the world that we have begun research to enrich uranium that is currently being mined in the nation of Armed Anarchists. We would also like to make it known that our intentions are for the production of nuclear energy power plants (pressurized water and boiling water), as well as nuclear weapon capabilities. We have agreed that nuclear energy is a more effecient alternative to conventional power plants. Although we do not have nuclear capabilities yet, and won't for awhile, we do not wish to use the weapons in agressive acts on our part. We belive that two nations with nuclear capablilities at war with each other would create a stand off. If that fails we still would resort to diplomatic solutions once again as a last attempt to end the conflict. I will take the time to answer some of your questions at this time. General Urukai.

While we in Mintar maintain our own WMD arsenal (Neutron bombs, no nukes or chem weapons and the like), we question whether the Armed Anarchist government is ready for such weapons and can be counted on not to initiate a nuclear war.

Our policy is not to invade or oppress others. We do not wish to make enemies, but allies and partners.

We must make the world more peaceful! BUILD MORE WEAPONS!

While it may be true that the intentions of AA are honorable, it is also possible that they are simply a cover-up and that AA plans to use them simply as weapons of terror. Or, if the AA government is not stable, we would also fear if those missiles fell into the wrong hands.

Once again, we would like to press Armed Anarchists for some evidence that their nation is worthy of the responsibility of nuclear weapons.

We are still a young country with out any allies. We know that if we were to deliberatley start a nuclear war, we would face the international community. As far as weapons falling into the wrong hands, our reseach facilities are extremley guarded and our sercurity is well funded. A nation without any past wars has only that fact of evidence that they are not oppressive.

We belive that two nations with nuclear capablilities at war with each other would create a stand off.

You'd think so huh? Not on NS. Nations inceinerate each other regularly. Hell, a few months ago 5300 nukes were set off, toasting an entire region.

I have to admit, they are used less and less, as if Natoin A shoots a nuke at Nation B, Nation B, C, D, E and F all shoot at Nation A. Kind of a deterent.

With no ally or deed to vouch for you, we cannot take your word as truth. Therefore, we have no choice but to condemn your actions and demand that you cease the production and research of any and all nuclear weapons.

It would be foolish for nation A which has a handful of nukes to fire at a nation that has 30.

We did not address the world so that our development of nuclear technology could be negotiated. Our only purpose was to inform early so that we could avoid accusations of bad intentions later when we announced that we have our first nuclear weapon.

Damn..It was goin smooth..no actual condemtions and threats until you! If they are responsible to have the nukes, let them have it.

We are an Anarchic state of government. We belive in and respect the rights of others and their governing bodies, unfortunatley, even those who are oppressive. To deliberatley start a war, a nuclear war at that, would be hypocritical to our beliefs in which we hold dearly.

Carmarthen, whilst not in the market at this time for nuclear weapons or power (our technological and monetary allowance at this time allows us hydroelectricity and wind generators in abundance), however as we are in the process of developing DU (Depleted Uranium) shells for mass production (we currently produce a small amount, but as we have not found a local source of Uranium as yet we are forced to purchase it abroad).

Thusly we are interesting in purchasing Uranium suitable for DU ammunition purposes.

Depleted uranium results from the enriching of natural uranium for use in nuclear reactors. Natural uranium is a slightly radioactive metal that is present in most rocks and soils as well as in many rivers and sea water. Natural uranium consists primarily of a mixture of two isotopes (forms) of uranium, Uranium-235 (U235) and Uranium-238 (U238), in the proportion of about 0.7 and 99.3 percent, respectively.
