An intercontinental ballistic missile on it's downward arc is nearly impossible to intercept. You're talking about a 70 foot missile that's reentered the atmosphere and is still accellerating downards. A 50-foot aircraft cannot intercept it in time at all.

... intercept ICBM's? Because maximum speed of Su-34's is just over Mach 2 when the speed of ICBM's upon re-entry is around Mach 20. And since Su-34's or fighter jets in general cant get as high as ICBM's go, you wont be doing anything there. So the only options are to A)Intercept the missiles on launch by basically somehow managing to avoid the AA of the country launching them and at the same time brining the air-craft to a contact intercept with the missile. Needles to say this is pretty much impossible.
B) Intercept the missiles upon re-entry. This is impossible simply because the time from re-entry to impact is so low that you dont have time to move to the missile's path or try interception with them.
As in there is no way to fucking intercept ballistic nuclear missiles with fighter jets!
