When they were young and weak they followed us well but now as they have more nations than us they felt like starting a civil war.

I am allying with them.
I am the Leader of the ASA, our capital is the power mad conspirators sector and we have 3 secondary regions. The only region we have had trouble with is the Dominion of Technocracy, their governer and delegate have een disobeying orders and have been using the eject button like a toy. We are trying to evacuate the populace but most of them are caught in the cross fire of a Civil war. My minister of Armed Forces (jimmy the great) has advised war to sort them out once and for all and I agree that action against these rebels must be taken or our alliance will be destroyed. They tried to justify this civil war by saying that I am a Dictator but they have been proved wrong because I was elected into power and major decisions are decided by a vote. Any help will be most greatfully accepted.
