If you have an old nation that is no longer inhabited, the nation of Tyrannicalus would like to seln our rehabilitaion forces and occupy said nation.
We do not have a UN nation, so that would be nice, but ANY nations are welcome!
Rehabilitation includes:
-Tilling of all viable soil
-Replantation of forest
-Repopulation of natural wildlife via cloning
-Repopulation of humans.
