New Kriegsmarine - I'm buying

My old fleet has been scrapped due to its innefectiveness and its metal is going to go to Macabean warehouses to await use in our armament factories.

...ok...
I have saved up funds over the last 2 RL weeks and am willing to put aside 4 trillion USD for a fleet. For maintainance im only willing to pay some 1.1 trillion USD annually, as it costs me some 800 billion to keep only 1/2 of my military mobilized at all times.
Im going to take contracts and I want a beatifully proportioned fleet that comes out to those numbers. I'm looking for all the kinds of ships such as Battleships, Destroyers, Submarines, Minesweepers, etc... (especially landing craft)....
This is to be completely modern and no concrete subs or uber-modern things some people pull.
Thank you...
P.S. Line up the ships you can build for me and the cost... the lowest cost may not be necessarily the best pick... remember well proportioned...

Covert Crawler
http://invisionfree.com/forums/Corporate_Islands/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=144
Designation: Transport
Environment: Underwater
Armor Thickness: 14 in
Size: 100 ft x 50 ft x 8 ft
Armaments: Ten (10) Torpedo Tubes up and down either side of the "spine", and dual (2) cutting water-cooled lasers
Top Speed: 150 mph
Max. Troop Compacity: 80 units
Specs: Using the biological structure of several marine animals (mostly crabs), Resi Corp. has designed an armored transport that moves troops by actually walking along the ocean floor. Ultra pressure-resistant, the Covert Crawler is the perfect place to hide troops from enemy eyes, as even submarines will have a tough time combatting something moving at this high of speeds. Airplanes, though faster than this, can easily be shot down by anti-aircraft fire and the troops inside killed. The Covert Crawler's oxygen system is based on a fluid-breathing system that we at Resi Corp. have developed (it absorbs oxygen from the water the way a fish does), and thus can stay underwater indefinately as long as the power source (plutonium) doesn't run out. That would make it about 200 years. As a side note, Covert Crawlers can be used on land, and unlike their cousins the Troop Crawlers, the Covert Crawlers have a system to keep the cells used in the fluid-breathing process alive (panels cover the cells, and water which is continually oxidised using the same method found in fish tanks is injected in). The Covert Crawler operates below radar, so there is no nead to fear detection when it lands.
Cost: $100,000,000 each

Atlantis-Class Assult Sub
http://invisionfree.com/forums/Corporate_Islands/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=141
Designation: Combat
Environment: Underwater
Armor Thickness: Variable (3" to 3'), steel, titanium, and living tissue
Size: 2,500 ft x 100 ft x 100 ft
Armaments: Twenty Heavy Plasma Cannons, 60 minigun turrets, nukes (up to 15), anti-ship mines, 40 torpedo tubes
Top Speed: 750 mph
Max. Troop Compacity: 1,000
Specs: The Atlantis Class of submarines are akin to an underwater base rather than just a normal sub. Huge and able to take on an entire fleet, these subs are even more feared than the notorious Triton neuclear submarines. It employs the same cells that octopi use for camophlauge to disguise itself from foes as a rock formation or as a pattern of sand. This, when coupled with its sonar-absorbing skin, make it completely invisible. It employs fluid breathing and Plasma energy to make it entirely self-sufficent, and it uses a aquatic version of the scramjet engine to make it the fastest sub on Earth. It emploies plasma torpedos and plasma beams, making it have the most advanced arsenal of any sub in existance.
Cost: $50,000,000,000 each

You make Resi cry...
Well, here's some of our Gato class subs, definitly modern. Perfect for an expanding fleet, so cheap you could just ram your enemies with them. So popular we've had to take them off the market after the first two day becasuse production couldn't keep up with demand. And now we're just reopening them up to foreign export. For a low, low, once in a lifetime price of 40 million USD.

Description:
Pan-Haaregradian Defence Institute and the Pan-Haaregradian Armed Forces: Naval Command issued a call for a large vessel capable of operating as both a battleship for ground bombardment and an aircraft carrier for force projection. It was believed a vessel of this nature would be able to both fight with devastating effectiveness and perhaps even be able to dominate the waters through fear of it's possible useage. The vessel was designed like most Haaregradian naval vessels are, tough as nails and covered with weapons. The armor is thicker then any comparable WWII vessel(USS Iowa for example) and uses newer, much stronger steel alloys. The vessel is very fast for a ship of it's size.
The Marx class dreadnought excels in many roles, however it is truely devestating as a marine support vessel in conjunction with smaller amphibious assualt carriers. It can launch heavier aircraft then can Wasp class amphibious assualt carriers, and can provide the type of firepower needed to devestate enemy positions before the Marines land.
In the recent Haaregradian/Metropolis Industries war the vessels proved particularily devastating against smaller enemy ships that had become pinned in their harbour.
The Marx class dreadnought was designed and produced by Lyulka Shipyards OKB, who previously designed numerous other vessels for the Haaregradian Naval Command, along with several large tankers, cargo ships and cruiseliners.
The total cost of R&D on the vessel is currently classified and the cost per unit for Haaregradian Naval Command is also classified.
Price for foreign sales is $7 250 000 000USD. This price is also pending approval for export.
Time to build is 1 year NS(however long you play a year as).

Description:
After production began for the first two of the Amon Amarth class aircraft carriers Haaregradian military planners drew up plans for a larger aircraft carrier, able to carry larger aircraft and operate for longer periods of time. Naval Command of course went back to Lyulka Shipyards OKB due to their long experience with designing large vessels and the result was the Carpathia class carrier and it's sibling, the Fortress class battleship. The end result was a very powerful carrier that was rather modestly priced, at little over $4.5 billion.

The Amon Amarth costs roughly 1/2 of a Nimitz to maintain and the Carpathia roughly 2/3s of a Nimitz. The Marx still only costs as much as the rather outdated Nimitz.
The David Oglive costs $1.8 billion and shares a hull with the Amon Amarth class carrier. I'll give you one of the battlecruisers for half price due to your huge boost for my economy.

Deployed from a larger sub, this vessel's speed and ability to empty all of its weaponry at once makes it perfect for fast hit and run attacks on enemy coast lines. The high amount of noise it generates while operating does not matter in most cases, because its amazing speed enables it to outrun most torpedoes. In fact, this speedy ship is able to become completely airborne for a very brief moment when performing an emergency rise at full speed. Its short combat radius requires it to return to the "mother" sub or base very often for refueling, limiting it to fast attack and return missions, close quarters aid for battles with other subs, and close range coastal defense.
Tube launched Tomahawks and Mk. 48 torpedoes will be available for purchase as well within 2 weeks RL.
