Nauru has become the Nauruan Districts

hello everyone,
I played several months ago as Krablackistan. Well I'm back and I have a new country and a better system. My country is a simulation of what would happen if I became president of the small island country of Nauru. Despite what my page says, my population is only about 13,000. I am increasing my technological and manufacturing industries. I have invited Lockheed's Skunk Works to build a small building on my island because it provides a very remote and fairly safe environment to design secret projects in. In manufacturing, there are three textiles factories under construction to provide jobs for newly unemployed citizens.

Here are my military possessions as of now:

Army: Two teams of highly-trained special forces (international participation)

Navy: Isreali Eilat-class corvette (N.S. Pleasant Island)

Air Force: 6 A-7 Corsair fighter-bombers
2 S-3B Viking naval attack aircraft
2 KC-10 Extender tanker/cargo aircraft

I have also created what I like to call, True Democracy. This is a bi-cameral system. The two house are the Senate and the House of the People. The Senate is obviously a house of elected representative. There is one representative from each of Nauru's 14 districts. The House of the People is the really innovative part. With the help of modern technology and the fact that there are only a few thousand inhabitants, the people can go to designated buildings to vote on "important" issues. This happens almost weekly. A law can be passed with a 60% vote in the House and a 10/14 vote in the Senate. What the Senate focuses on are little governmental issue such as personal salaries and such. But on most issues, both houses must vote on the issue. In special cases, the Senate can overrule the House. If the House does not pass the law with a 60% or higher margin, but above 50%, the Senate can still pass the law. But the House can overrule the Senate with an 80% or higher vote on the issue.

Judges in the courts are elected, but stay for life. Presidents serve 6-year terms and can be re-elected three times. Anyone can serve as president, but an "outsider" must have a vote of 75% or higher to be elected.

I would like feedback, or just tell me if you can't understand this and I should edit this to make it understandable.
