Best NS Space Fleet Contest!
I, the Grand Duke Klonor, in an attempt to determine the best space fleet in NS, am offering a reward of 1 trillion to the nation with the most complete space fleet. Requirements are:
Must be capable of quick deployment
Must be capable of launching powerful attacks
Must be capable of withstanding powerful attacks
Must be capable of launching small attacks (a good fleet doesn't just have a bunch of super death cannons)
Must be able to defend against numerous smaller craft
Must be capable of functioning long-term without immediete support
Must be capable of carrying personnel capable of performing scientific, infantry, and medical jobs
Must be capable of easy on-site repairs without access to main-stream repair facilities
Must be realistic (In my own opinion)
Whichever nation has a fleet which fits all the requirements shall receive the 1 trillion reward.

It's on alert 24/7 and with it's MSII can get anywhere in the Galaxy with almost no fuss. It's Kabal classes can stand up to the Collossus on thier own, but when combined with Grants power and Kamakaze ducks, it's semi-unstoppable. It's defence is not the best in the Galaxy, but is relatively outstanding. It is bulstered via ministar vent gas reaking havok with weapons. It's mandalorians meet the standard of ability to launch attacks at small size, they may not seem like much, but they have GUSTO! In terms of Long time support the MSII can keep the fleet powered for up to 100 years at max power. Max Power, he's the man with the name you'd love to touch... It's infantry, medical, ect. Is handeled by the customizable Sheba class (points for the ducks). The ships can spend carrying capacity in return for a number of upgrades, it's like the Swiss Army Ship. Repair facilities cannot be handeled well in a combat senario (gotta have a weakness), Most repairs are handeled by the VC staion, which JImahton ships can jump to at any time.

OOC: Ooh, I have a fleet that meets all those requirements. But, I spent about two months doing heavy research and making them as realistic as I could and getting loads of stats, so naturally I'm unwilling to just hand all that information over for everyone to see. Besides, that's not something I'd do ICly anyway.

A rather small fleet, the Penguenian Grand Imperial Fleet is young and is lead by Grand Admiral Justy Tylor, the only active duty male in Penguenian military service. It is capible of moving fast and deploying invasion troops by dropship along with escort craft. The Penguenians prefer not to destroy the lives of enemies unless absolutley required to, so they employ EMP cannons to disable enemy ships' computer systems.

Fast enough to keep up with the fleet, it can last 4 years away from port on a low-combat mission with enough rescources to feed all troops, crew, small craft pilots and other personnel. Top of the line medical and science facilities allow for secientific research to be made in space. 250 anti fighter/bomber guns. 7' Enegy and Impact absorbant Neo-Titanium armour and Plasma "cellophane" shields protect it from most attacks.

Long Range Scout and Fast Attack Ship. Often put into support squaderons with the pontius class. Firepower mixed with manouverability makse the Iskulde a deadly ship indeed. Capible of atmospheric travel as well as space. It can last 2 years away from port on a low-combat mission with enough rescources to feed all crew. 50 Anti fighter/bomber guns. 3' Energy and Impact absorant Neo Titanium and Plasma "cellophane" shields give it alot of portection for such a fast craft.

In deep space, this ship fires its powerful EMP weapons, designed to disrupt a ships essential systems. Capible of atmospheric travel as well as space. It can last 1 years away from port on a low-combat mission with enough rescources to feed all crew. 30 anti figher/bomber guns. 1' Energy and Impact absorbant Neo Titanium; Plasma "cellophane" shields give it the protection it needs for it's job.

SMALL CRAFT
Mantis MKIII Dropship
After it drops it's payload of forces, it can return to the host base/ship to pick up supplies and deliver them quickly to the front. Capible of attatching to an enemy space vessel then cutting a hole for taking enemy ships.

Starscythe Fighter
Capible of making conventional and carrier based landings. With 2 engines per intake, it's speed is nearly unmatched by anything else. Usually launched from a Levianthan.

Sentinel Heavy Fighter
The Sentinel is a heavy fighter, capible of holding it's own in a dogfight. Driven by the fusion turbine, it has no need for a conventional engines when it drops to atmospheric flying. Usually launched from a Levianthan.

Quick Deployment Requirement: Our fastest ship tops out at 108 x Lightspeed, but experiments with the fields involved with the FTL drive and some hardware upgrades are expected to push this up to at least 1,828 x Lightspeed. So, yeah, we're slow right now, but we're making fast progress. (Pun not intended.)
Powerful Attacks: We use our antimatter torpedos to quickly knock down shields. Our Energy Pulser Cannons can stop electrical activity in the affected area, completely shorting out in the immeadiate area of effect, and temporarily disabling for decreasing periods of time as it gets farther from the immeadiate impact site. Alternatively, the can disentigrate matter at the sub-atomic level at the immeadiate impact site. They have very little effect against shields, hence, the antimatter torpedos used to knock down shields. Our Aristotle class has two antimatter torpedo launchers and two pulser cannons, our Einstein class has one antimatter torpedo launcher, and two pulser cannons, the Bohr has one pulser launcher, and the Edison has three pulser cannons and three antimatter torpedo launchers, although the Aristotle has the post powerful, then the Einstein, then the Edison, then the Bohr. The Hercules has one weak pulser cannon for defense..
Small Attacks: The Edison is a fast gunboat type design, capable of launching small attacks. The Hercules can carry 40 Type Beta shuttles, which are very capable combat designs that we use as fighters. The Aristotle can carry two, and the Einstein can carry one. The others cannot fit any.
Numerous Smaller Craft: Pulser cannons can split up their fire in up to 100 seperate beams, allowing a craft to engage 100 targets at a time (weakly, perfect for smaller craft) for each cannon it has. See above for the amounts of cannons on our ships. Alternatively, they can be set to fire in a wide arc, attacking a large number of small craft with the same beam.
Capable of functioning long-term without immeadiate support: All food, waste, and trash is split apart at the subatomic level by a small pulser in the trash management system we have, then can be resequenced into simple things, like foodstuffs, water, etc, so we don't have to worry about supply lines for anything but things with very complex molecular structures. All of our capital ships also have at least 10 Square Meters of cargo space, and most (all except the Edison, which has ten, as it is primarily designed for short-range operations) have more.
Must be capable of carrying personnel capable of performign scientific, infantry, and medical jobs (We broke it down.):
Scientific: Check our name. All of our ships have extensive scientific labratories and crew. Our ships are designed to be exploratory ships first, warships second.
Infantry: Tactical officers, trained in ground, space, and boarding combat, are aboard all of our ships. The Defensia (Our reserves and infantry) are similary trained, and are carried en masse aboard the Hercules when needed, plus are often doubled up in crew quarters of other ships. when large numbers need to be transported.
Medical: Each of our ships has a fully outfitted sickbay, with a staff of at least two aboard the Edison, three aboard the Bohr, three aboard the Hercules (it is a simple, but highly automated, but large freighter), 10 aboard the Einstein, and Fifteen Aboard the Aristotle. (We have very small ships compared to most people due to increased automation=less crew needed=less crew quarters needed, and most systems are mounted in the struts to the nacelles that all of our ships have.)
Easy on-site repairs without access to main-stream repair facilities: We use very modular, easy to swap out components on all of our ships. Specialized engineering staff are aboard all of our vessels, and easy-acess panels and maintanance tubes (OOC: Like the Jefferies Tubes in Star Trek) run through the ship.

I can meet most of those requirements...
All of my vessels are capable of quick deployment, begin able to jump up to 700ly at a time, Our Maelstrom Juggernaut and heavy warcruisers allow us to launch powerful attacks, and withstand enemy atatcks, our Defrender class vessels are small, capable of launching light atatcks and can defend against smaller vessels. All of these vessels are AI-controlled, and capable of working long-term with minimal support (minor combat repairs, etc) We cannot transport "personnel" per se, as we do not utilize humans, however we can transport a number of various "Avatar" mobile bodies for differring purposes. The Avatars are also capable of repairing the ships in-flight.
