it looks like a box (rubber) with a himged handle (rubber coated)
when you press the 2 copper contacts together, it allows the electricity to flow to nodes (placeable anywhere on the body). dial w/12 choices, 1 lowest, 12 highest. The box is about 1 foot by 4 inches.

If you are going to go around sticking your nose in other's business and invading nations that employ torture and torture devices, sooner or later you are going to cross swords with Wretchengard. Besides the atrocious grammar and spelling, I'd like to point that unless the nation of Arribastan has made any statement concerning that, you cannot know if he has either political prisoners or slaves.

To further my point, though mass-producing torturing devices seems to point to the fact that indeed he has slaves and/or political prisoners. You cannot infer that from that fact alone. There are so much dictatorships, absolutist regimes and theocracies in this world that actually We happen to see that such a potential market can be profittable. So, you can build these devices and not use them in your country.

I think that, unless you can provide further proof of any Sentient Rights violation, you should present a public, formal note of apology to the nation of Arribastan. We cannot tolerate proofless accusations.
