We already have this:

Is there any other type of modernish tech level derigibles anyone would like to see? Realistic of course... no floating aircraft carriers :)

No offense, but How the heck do you propose to get an airship up to mach .95?! Even if you did manage to make it go that fast, you would not be able to turn at that speed, you would rip the thing in half if you tried. I'd say make the speed more realistic, like 120 kph (unless you are RPing future tech, It would be impossible to do this, if you are RPing future tech, just ignore this post)

My point is this: My dad worked with a cargo airship company (actually went under because the germans screwed it up but thats not the point) They were designing a cargo transport dirigible (semi-rigid) and they were aiming for a top speed of 60 mph. I asked my dad about reinforcing the hull, if that would make it go faster, like as in close to mach speeds, and he said prety much no, at least not if you wanted to turn it because the frame could not withstand that much stress, and in order to make it able too, you would have to put in so much reinforcement that you couldn't fit enough gasbags to lift it, so high speed airships are out of the qustion unless you have developed some alloy that is very light weight and can withstand massive stress.

And BTW, it was tried in the '30s and it didn't work

Man, those are some weak ass rail guns.

BM: We did, but it's not THAT strong... but it can stand MOVING at high speeds... not maneuvering though.
