As the population grows, the president of Amphib Guinea looks with worry at the increasing trend of nomadic behaviour. So far, Amphib Guinea has campaigned passively against it's peoples' nomadic tendencies, limiting the amount of people allowed to travel between islands per week. However, as the population rises, it is becoming increasingly difficult for police to make sure no one migrates secretly.
With this problem at hand, The Nomadic Peoples (soon to be Republic) of Amphib Guinea offers to buy a small amount of militant boats for patrol use. We do NOT want large naval vessels (destroyers, submarines, etc.), we only want small scale patrol boats.
Our government is currently directing 15% of monthly income towards military purposes, making the top price 2850000000 $ (OOC: if I calculated correct), although if needed, the amount can be tweaked a pinch higher. If you have patrol boats at sale, we will gladly buy them. We're aiming for around 7 boats, although less is fine, as it will help keep the populace at check.

The EM-100 Piranha fast Attack Missile boat (PCFG)

It has a variety of weapons with surface-to-surface and surface-to-air capabilities. The unique radar system covers the missile entire effective range, tracing concurrently up to 22 targets. The gun fire control system detects air and surface targets, performs automatic tracking, and computes firing data. The radar which is used to detect surface targets provides fire control system with designation data for five targets at a time. The boat is also fitted with active radar jammers and IFF radar.

The EM-100 Piranha missile boat is equipped with the full set of navigation and communication equipment, powerful gas turbine power plant , air-conditioning and ventilation systems to provide efficient operation in any climatic conditions. It can be operated in sea conditions up to Sea State 8.

i think one of these hiding in a cove as other ships go past in a straight, could really ruin a battlegroups day. and if Helo's come after them they have the HMG's and the Stingers.

yours are easier targets...moving 15 knots slower. but they serve their purpose, mine are just REALLY small.

United Eilas, the Empire of the Island States would wish to purchase the production rights to the EM-100 Piranha with Yakhont 3. We're undergoing massive modernization of our forces and we require modernized patrol boats to form the backbone of our coastal defenses.

Production rights for both versions is 8.5 billion. Domestic only of ocurse.

The 8.5 Billion Dollars is being transferred from it's savings fund and into a transferrable bank account in The National Bank of The Island States. We will wire the money upon final clarifications.
