Looking for hydrofoil landing craft

Skittletopia's armed forces are looking for a fast landing craft, suited to beach landings, and we've decided to go for a hydrofoil or hovercraft solution, (hovercrafts having the added advantage of amphibiousity). does anyone sell craft of this type? prices? weapons?

There are a lot of Hovercraft landing solutions about (LCACs abound in most naval stores).
A hydrofoil landing craft? unless you have really strong legs/wings/foils or retractable ones i don't really see them being much use (but if you really want one i'm sure we could come up with something)

Oh give me say a $5billion grant to get started, i'll see if i can get a Naval engineering student to do the ground work for his masters thesis.
