The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd, having recieved permission from the communist nation of Terepa to develop a lighter, faster and more modernized version of the Kondensator 2P 406mm self-propelled artillery (The original intention of the project was to fit the Kondensator 2P with the UD-CCM CMT composite armour but we found it lacking in today's standards for modern technology), would like to request funding and research expertise for our development. Our research budget has been cut short by the military's greater need of transportation for troops. However, from the initial funding of $1 billion, we have developed a draft. Unfortunately this draft is only slightly modified from the original Kondensator 2P, also having borrowed a few technologies from the M109A6 Paladin. Also, due to the lack of funding, we have not yet manufactured a prototype.

We buy production rights off you can build the few you need for free. We then sell the artilleries to other nations, of which, 50% of the profit will be given back into your economy.

We also would like to clarify another problem we missed out earlier in this situation, Terepa still holds half rights to this project. We might be willing to provide relevant information based on our Algol heavy artillery system and tests of this weapon for your project.

we are willing to provide financial support in the sum of 500 million dollars, we also have several labs, ranges, and support facilities that can be used to help in your efforts. all we ask in return is the ability to buy these weapons in bulk for preferential prices, if not we still offer the 500 million dollars as a way to jump start this program(as we are interested in future purchases of these weapons)
