High Pressure Testing

In some of our high pressure testing chambers, we find that rasberry sorbet is the strongest ice/liquid in high-pressure situations. It withstood well over a 105psi vacuum, and over a 150psi compression, before it exploded. We're currently looking into what causes rasberry sorbet to be so strong!
