We are interested in buying a huge quantity of these vehicles.
Our government has authorized 25 Billion USD for the purpose of purchasing medium-to-long range ground-based missile systems. Were we to Spend USD 8 Billion, and offer another 2 Billion for ammunition, what would that buy us?

At that low of a price, we need confirmation that these are all quality vehicles (even if they are second-hand). Or are your dollars more than a standard US Dollar?
I can assure you these are quality vehicles. i bought them and dont really need them now 'cos i bought the mk2s, so i'm selling them cheap.

If you do not have this many, we will take all of them you can sell, at the $15,000 price.
