Team 6 regrouped with the main force at the edge of the wetlands outside of an outskirt town, their black armour wet with fresh blood. Team leader 6 nodded to the Major in command. The Major almost gave the order to advance into the town when in the distance she heard the scream of jet engines.
"DOWN NOW!" she hissed as silently as she could over the communications system. All 600 dropped down lower into the grass on the order. The jets passed, then flew by every 2 minutes exactly. Shing-lo knew something was happening...

After 2 hours of no more flybys, waiting in the tallgrass, the Major ordered the order to retreat back to the forest. Now wasn't the right time to attack, they had lost the element of suprise.

54 lost in the bombing. The dense, wet tallgrass helped minimise casulties, and their armour gives fairly good protection. They were in a large spread formation, the epicenter of the payload had the most effect.

ahh, a most wise decision. seeing the penguins in retreat, the airforce of shing-lo lands and takes a refuling break, then pairs up with the carriers, and they all sail for ATA. meanwhile, two fwi-senn class picket ships are cataplted into the sol system and slingshot around the moon to get into earths orbit. they immediatley begin bombarding ATA with lasers that can blow up a house. 2000 shots are fired, leaving the ships with enough energy to get home, and they jump back to the shing-lo system. the airforce and navy planes arrive, and launch a grand total of 53208952 missles and 239067326098761 rounds of ammunition into the now blackened and charred ATA. then bobers do flybyd, uing punch-and-pops to destroy and and all underground installations. then everything get the hell out of there.

16 ICBMs and 526 cruise missles are launched at ATA, completeley wiping any thing left out.

then a decontamination nit comes in, and spells in the green sludge:
