NEWS:
Earlier today the Kolarian Commissioner of the Protectorate of the Borderlands (Territory Governor) was kidnapped from his residence by Protectorate Seperatists. In responce the Duke Assembly passed the War Mesures Act suspending Civil Liberties and deploying the Military to all Legislatures, the Kolarian Parliament and the Borderlands. The Military and Policeing Forces will be arresting suspected Terrorist-Seperatists and incarcarating them until this crisis is over, when they will receive a fair and just trial.
The Kolarian Parliament passed this act 322 to 201 in an emergency session soon after.
