The Blood Elves are the survivors of the High Elven Kingdom of Quel'Thalas, which was destroyed by the Prince Arthas and the Scourge. The survivors renamed themselves the Blood Elves and led by Prince Kael'thas, have moved about trying to find a new homeland...

Kael'thas was a good leader... Creating a great Kingdom and protecting it from outside attacks. Soon the majority of the people began to live once again in relative comfort...

New troubles have begun to brew...

A group of insurgents led by the influential High Priest Lyth Windrunner have begun to turn away from the policies of Prince Kael'thas... As the years went by, the High Priest gained considerable influence, advocating that Kael'thas could not be a good leaderLyth Windrunner wanted to recreate the sunwell, while Kael'thas had decided not to... In addition, Lyth Windrunner advocated isolation, while Kael'thas wanted to interact with the rest of the world...

Lyth Windrunner become arrogant in his power and began to plot to become King of the New High Elves...

While Prince Kael'thas and the Blood Elf army was fighting off an attack by the Trolls of Zul'Aman, High Priest Lyth Windrunner with his many supporters stage a coup. In a four hour battle, Lyth Windrunner seized control of the Southern Capital of the Elven Sun and with it the Southern part of the country. When Prince Kael'thas learned of these developments, he was unwilling to begin a war that would destroy his people, but before he stop the conflict from escalating, the insurgents attacked the North. Finally, unable to decide otherwise, Prince Kael'thas declared Lyth Windrunner a traitor to the Blood Elves...

Soon, the Armed Republic of the Blood Elves were torn asunder as brother killed brother...

We cannot stand High Priest Lyth Windrunner's actions and the war that he has brought to your beautiful nation...

As a fellow Elf I offer the assistance of Dominaria and Urza Planeswalker, though Dominarian Elves and (OOC: I forgot the Warcraft worlds name :oops:)ian Elves are in many respects, totaly differnt, we still bear the same kinship, and will assist our brethren.
We are currently out of contact with Urza, who is on a diplomatic mission to Moag, another plane, but he is expected to return within a short amount of time, I will inform him of your plight and request further forces be sent.

Out of the blue, five hundred Southern footmen and archers attacked... The town was caught completely unprepared. As the battle ended, the surviving Northerners watched in horror, as an Orc Blademaster strolled into the town...

"I am the Blademaster Yozhara... You will become the slaves of the Burning Blades... Muwahahahahaha!!!"

The Northern survivors of the attack were herded into a corner by Orc slavers and grunts. Half of these slaves would be sent to the Burning Blades. The other half would be used as slaves for the army.

***Later, In the Northern Capital of Quem'Thalas***

"My Prince... We have dire news... The Blademasters of the Burning Blades are now involved. Yozhara was spotted attacking Talisk."

Prince Kael'thas pales considerably...

"What!?!"

Damn......*begins cutting up what enemy forces he can until his forces arrive* I had no idea there were this many.......*fights on, using reanimate as nessecarry*

We can move several Squads over to this Battle if required, i can spare about 20,000 men at the moment. As an Allie, i can not let you go without my help, as you have helped me most generously, and your brave soldiers still Fight on to Protect my Kingdom from the Wrath of Evil.

***In the Northern border town of Vangladis***

Tojara, a Orc Blademaster is surrounded by a horde of human and elven swordsmen, elven archers, and dwarven riflemen.

"Stupid humns, elves, and dwarves... I will tear you all asunder!!! Muwahahahahaha!!!"

As he speaks, Tojara suddenly splits into four figures, as he uses mirror image. Then activating Bladestorm, he slaughters the Allied troops...

Then gesturing to the sky, Tojara says, "It is a good time to kill, Muwahahahaha!!!"

The skys above the world twist momentarily as something appears, three great ships, each bearing the sign of the Steel Leaf elves. The ships lower with slow grace upon the capital of the Blood Elves, and two squads repel down.
"Greetings from Dominaria, I am Eldamari, Urzas chief of Elven Rleations, I seek audience with your king."
The three ships take up a slow orbit around the city.

Prince Kael'thas with four Blood Elven Spellbreakers strode out to greet the visiting dignitaries...

"Welcome, Eldamari to Quem'Thalas... I am Prince Kael'thas, but we can dispense with the titles..."

Prince Kael'thas leads Eldamari and his entourage down a massive hall into a gigantic throne room...

"I have heard of Urza's esteemed name, and wanted to meet him, but I had no chance... But now, you have come... Excellent!"

Prince Kael'thas sits on an elevated throne, and gesturing, pages walk in bearing chairs for the visitors.

"I thank you for your assistance in this matter... I wish there wouldn't be bloodshed, but it looks as if it will be inevitable. You believe that we are unrelated, but in our nation, live a small tribe of Llanowar Elves... I believe you also have Llanowar Elves in your nation?"

Eldamari looks shocked...while Kael'thas chuckles...

"You never knew that... Now down to business... We need money... The majority of the Blood Elven funds are in the Southern part of the nation... I ask for a sizable loan at reasonable rates. In addition, I need some soldiers to help man the border. As of late, because of the Blademaster strikes, my forces and those of the Five Civilized Nations, Great Boogie, and the Unholy Scourge along the border have taken a great beating by the Chaos Blademasters of the Burning Blades... Your assistance will be much appreciated."

"Ah, very well then" Eldamari regained his compusure "I will leave the Skyships here, since this location is close to the borders, they can reach anywhere quickly, and if needed can defend the capital, but I will take the Elves with me, I have four squads of swordsmen and four of bowmen, as well as one of human spearmen. As to Urza, he is out of contact, as I said, but is expected to return soon."

OOC: Actualy, hes trapped on another planet by unkown forces, but hey, we dont know that :)

OOC: Damn...another elven civil war and it's not going to be future tech?. Well I'll send some Hoethians to help the northern elves anyway, they're the more traditionalistic regiment in my army, and they'll stick to the old ways...

The captain was happy and sad at the same time. Happy because finally after five hundreds years his sword will fight again, without any guns, or energy weapons, just swords, shields and magic. He still remembers when he slayed a hundred orcs at the battle of the standing mounds, only with the help of his ensorcelled blade. But this was a civil war, elves against elves, slaying thwemselves for no worthy reasons, and that makes him sad, because elven blood is too precious to be spilled in that manner

The lieutenant approaches him, with the latest news "Sire, the orcs of the burning blades attacked an outpost near here, and they're pillaging every farm in this country side.

The captain smiled Orcs!, finally I will test my blade again against that greenskin scum "Let's go, then. We will teach those orcs that elves are still fearsome and fearless...move the column, now"

The three Skyships vanish from the sky, and reappear over various locations on the border, finnaly, once all the troops are in place they return and being their orbit of the capital again.
Eldamari stared at the sky, in Dominaria the only elves who had slain elves on the battlefield were fighting Phrexian monstrosities, mostly Sleepers, elves captured at birth, their minds bleached by Yawgmoth, and turned to Phrexian ways, spying out the lands, learning their ways, once all was compleated, Yawgmoth unleashed the plauge engines, devastating everybody. Then, finnaly, the end had come, Eldamari remebered the final battle, through some trick of his brain, perhaps. He had laughed in the face of Yawgmoth, then dived off a thosand foot tall Redwood treefolk to his death, laughing at Yawgmoth. But even then, elves had only killed true elves by way of murder or in retribution for murder, never in such huge numbers as would die in this war.
Eldamari wondered that people could give up thosands of years of life at a single stroke.
He sat and watched the lazy orbit of the ships.

*wanders injured into Kael'thas' throne room*....uh....150 for my count but more are still coming

I'm not godmoding... A Chaos Blademaster of the Burning Blades using Bladestorm can do a lot of damage... Plus, we're doing chaos damage... :twisted:

--The Reincarnated Chaos Grom Hellscream

***At the Northern border city of Konstad***

At dusk, a force of 2000 Orcs led by the Chaos Blademaster Tojo attacked the border city... Slaughtering the inhabitants.

Suddenly 1000 Human knights and footmen are mass teleported by the Archmage Antoni Firespot into the city surprising the Orcs... Paladins of Order of the Golden Light attacked, using Divine Shield, waded through the Orcs slaughtering as they went. Then the Paladins, using Holy Light to heal their allies.

The First Paladin of the Order and the King of the Five Civilized Nations, Lance Crusade, challenged the Chaos Blademaster Tojo to a duel. Fighting with swords, the two battled for over two hours.

Tojo suddenly used Bladestorm, Lance using Divine Shield and protected himself from the deadly attack... After the Bladestorm is spent, Tojo used mirror image, splitting into three images and the Blademaster... Lance drawing four throwing knives and then threw them at the four images. Three of the images faded, but the last was the Blademaster. Tojo ducked the knife, but couldn't get away from Lance's sword. Lance cut Tojo in half...

"You have killed one of us... The pain... One day...one of us...will kill you..." Tojo managed to stutter out... Then he died.

With the death of Tojo, the surviving Orcs fled. About 1300 Orcs had been killed. Over 2754 Blood Elven civilians had been massacred by the Orcs. The losses for the Five Civilized Nations had been light as priests and paladins had healed the wounded. Only 89 5CN footmen and knights had died...

Prince Kael'thas is sitting in the throne room on his elevated throne with his military commanders and his mages.

"Sky Lord Gwain Gerthonias take the 1st and 3rd Dragonhawk Battalions to the border..."

"Yes, my liege..."

"Lord Tyrus Plyno take the 5th and 9th Footmen Battalions and the 17th Archer Battalion and proceed to assist the Five Civilized Nations at the border..."

Elven Commander Gwenna crouched silently outside the Orc camp, watching them getting ready to sleep, if Dominarian Orcs and these orcs were similar, then there would be a gap between watches.
Yes, there. She raised her hand and the elves slipped into the camp.
A few minutes later they were in the Orc generals tent, and the Orc general was in need of a head.
Once all the Elves arrived Gwenna gave the sign for them to fire their flaming arrows.
Twenty flaming arrows arced through the camp, fifteen impacted on the large orc tents, one landed in the mess hall, and the rest set the armory and stable on fire. The Elves quickly escaped in the confusion.

*looks out from the tower and overlooks the fight*
The battle is even......perhaps my warriors will turn the tide.....

House Moritani pledges its support to the South. We are pleased that such discontent and disorder is occurring in the Blood Elves and would like this to continue… Thus, 1000 Grumman Assassins have been dispatched to the South to assist in attacks on the North…

Prince Kael'thas is sitting wearily on his throne in the massive throne room... Brooding about the war. Suddenly a trio of bloodied Blood Elves stride in and kneel before the throne. Prince Kael'thas rises and indicates for them to rise...

One of the bloodied Blood Elves rises and holds up a blade, "My Prince, we bring dire news... The 5th and 9th Footmen Battalions and the 17th Archer Battalion were ambushed along the border by a combination of the assassins of House Moritani and the Orcs of the Burning Blades. Lord Tyrus Plyno has been killed. This is his sword. He ordered me before he died to give this to you..."

"Where is the rest of your units?"

"All dead, my Prince... The slaughter was dreadful... We couldn't even put up a fight."

The Prince collapses in his throne and gestures for the bloodied Blood Elves to withdraw...

High Priestess Lyth Windrunner gazes out over his balcony towards the Northern Mountains. A messenger steps up...

"High Priestess, I have good news. House Moritani has decided to join us... They already have dispatched troops to the border."

"Excellent... You are dismissed..."

The messenger bows and retreats out.

"Kael'thas, soon I will have your head on the top of my banner!!!"

The Dominarian forces array themselves above and slightly in front of the main body of allied forces, rappeling ropes are readied and spells charged. Only five students from the Tolarian Academy were avalible, but they should be able to do some damage. Now they conjure a field of confusion, blinding the enemy while allied forces set up.
The Skyships bombards also rotate and begin pelting the enemy forces with rubble and slag.

Nacht Elven Moon Dragoons have been sent in a small caravan, to hunt for DeathKnights...
