The artist of the images of the Levianthan, Iskulde, Pontius, and Mantis has asked me to take those images down, I have complied. The owner of Mr Piccolo's images doesn't even want to let me represent them as my ships would look like in this completely unrelated universe, (which is really silly because he displays them publically online for the world to see, and every other storefront here is of copyrighted images as well, but he thinks hes special) I have also complied with this.

Hey, my nation hasn't built a single one yet :lol: We don't plan on using our own money to manufacture them for our use yet, but we have the blueprints, and if people begin to order, the high prices will cover the manufacturing cost with a small profit.

Okay, some of your stuff is way to much, some is way to little. Get a little balance in here.

Some price changes have been made. If you already bought stuff, no need to pay the diffrence.

The Destroyer is way to low. Destroyers should at least be in the billions. The light cruiser is a little to high, but it's nowhere as far off as the Destroyer.

That's all I'll raise it and lower it. I find it reasonable. As said before, no need to pay me the diffrence for price increase if you already bought.

I happen to be the owner of those concept images. I commissioned the artist to create them as per my specifications for my project. I would apprecaite it if you do not use them as 'representations' of your own ships, as they are, in all ways. my property.

I get it, now that you play, you plan on making your own sotrefront in the future and using them as your tech. Well feel special, I'm looking for other pictures, but the ships that have already been produced keep that design, future vessels will change look.

The ships have nothing to do with Nationstates. I used to play as the nation Anyon amongst friends. Our roleplaying died off, as did Anyon. After hearing about this incident from my artist, I created a new account so I could post my request.

Incorrect. His page had a legal notice stating that the artwork was not to be taken and used elsewhere. Furthermore, it is copyright-law and common sense that another person's artwork is in NO way your artwork, no matter where it is posted. And now, his site has an even stronger legal notice.

What you're saying is like saying "Lucas shouldn't post concepts of his new Stormtroopers on Starwars.com if he doesn't want people to steal them." You cannot justify theft, so don't try it.

If the artist's portfolio website said "these images are free. public domain. take and use as you will" then you would have a point, but it does not say that. You have no ground to stand on, so don't make such foolish statements.

As for TMing, I prefer this to be handled and concluded openly. I consider the matter closed. Done and done.
