Yup, thast right.

Partner gets full prod rights etc.

Sounds dull, and is, but we need something FCish to be our helicopter instead of the EA-26 and KA-60

Here:

DESIGN FEATURES

With a four-blade main rotor, two turboshaft engines are mounted side by side on top of the cabin with an air intake on side of motor hump and exhausts at the rear of the hump. The teardrop-shaped body features a tapered boom to the tail fin, a rounded nose and stepped-up cockpit, and retractable gear and flat bottom. The tail flats feature swept-back tips forward of the swept-back and tapered fin with a blunt tip. The rotor is inside a housing at the bottom of the fin. A weapons carrying platform is installed on some models.

VARIANTS

MAH-9: The Muir assembled version, using fiberglass parts.

MAH-9A: Later aircraft in the initial 50, with increased proportion of locally manufactured components.

MAH-9B: Follow-on production version. Modified fenestron with 11 wider-chord, all-composites tail blades instead of 13 all-metal blades as in AS 365N1. This is also the principal variant in service with the FCA, which are specifically configured for communications, artillery direction, electronic warfare, and troop transport (accommodate eight soldiers), and other duties.

MAH-1: Attack Helicopter Option

Sure, we can help. The Auerstadt Aerospace VTOL/Rotary design team would be glad to assist and help fund this project.

The Aertech Design Company, responsible for designing most of the Commonwealth's military aircraft, is willing to assist Freedom Country. We offer the use of our labs and factories in the Commonwealth as well as an aircraft carrier (acquired from scrapyards of the Commonwealth) for sea-testing and a nice little quiet place to work...

Thankyou, but we haev our own carrier. Your labs are needed though, and will be used.

New Empire, feel free. Just say:

Gigliovia was actually doing plans of a new helicopter rather large but deadly arsenal. It has universal clamps so you can outfit it with almost anything even water cannisters!!- TG me if you wish to talk.
