After losing our UN "iron fist socialist" rating, in favour of whatever-the-hell-we-are-now. President Delacroix has decided that maybe it's a good idea to shed "United Socialist States of" from the name, however, we are unsure what to change it to. we know what are not viable options:

United Socialist States, (duh)
United States
Democratic Republic/States
Allied States
Kingdom
Queendom
Fiefdom
Holy empire/republic (too bible thumpish)
Dictatorship (not PC you see)
Sultanate
Grand Dutchy
Community (too touchy-feely)
Disputed territories (not disputed enough)
Jingoistic States (whatabingowhosic?)
Armed Republic (too agressive)
Nomadic Peoples (most of our peoples can't be bothered walking to the corner shop)
Oppressed Peoples. (not nearly oppressed enough)
Rogue Nation (sounds whoreish)

sooo. we're pretty much screwed for a name. would anyone like to contribute thier ideas?

people have political clout at lower government levels while Khadaffi maintains control at the highest level thats how I understand it.

Im a Rouge Nation because they dont have Ecotopia and we are not Commies or Capitalists.... nothing else seems plausible

or the ... Empire?

There are other names, we specialize in useless titles here in Esamopia, and would be willing to share more if you reject these...
