The captured General Che, has been put on trial in Justariana, the capital of Justarianism, for;
1. Inciting a Rebellion which ended in the death of many soldiers of Communist Likon and her allies.
2. The theft of top secret materials belonging to Communist Likon
3. The murder of innocent women and children, for no reason out of cold blood.

General Theodore, the new commander of Communist Likons Red Army has invited nations of the world, especially those who helpeedd Communist Likon to win the war, judge Che's crimes, and decide his fate.

Mass genocide should be addressed. Non- uniformed men, women & children were slaughtered. Gradenk motions that a serious charge of Genocide be brought forward in this trial along with any other charges that the involved parties would like to pursue.

We concur. Although we condemn their actions we do not believe in the death penalty and wish to see the matter resolved without further bloodshed.
