The Nomadic Peoples (soon to be Republic) of Amphib Guinea is proud to state that after laboring for the last few months (NS time, not RL time), a small artificial island has been formed. Though the island is still being built, and the project will go on for until the next year, the current island has enough capacity to begin construction of buildings.
This project has taken a major chunk out of the government's budget, and Amphib Guinea wishes to see good results from this investment. The government has decided to allow the establishment of foreign embassies on this new land in hope of better results (embassies and permanent foreign visitors were earlier banned due to lack of living space). If you would like to form an embassy in Amphib Guinea, now is your chance! All we ask is that the embassy follows the Amphib Guinean law. Let us hope for a bright, peaceful future.

You're quite welcome to open an embassy in Amphib Guinea. We had already reserved a place for you, considering that you supported the Island project. We will be eagerly waiting for the arrival of your ambassador.
The international airport is coming along fine, though with all the money going into building the Island, we fear it'll be nothing more than a large asphalt pavement with a little shack to the side for baggage claiming. However, once the Island has been finished, the government will concentrate more on the airport.

OOC: Yeah, AG is tropical. It's off the coast of Papua New Guinea, which (I think) is near Indonesia, and that place is pretty tropical.
BTW, for anyone who's wondering, in reality, an echidna is a type of hedgehog living (coincidentally) in Australia. It's one of the only two species of mammals that lay eggs. A Guinean echidna, I suppose, is some sub-species or something that lives on Guinean soil for whatever inane reason.

The Dominion of Talkos is always interested in opening friendly nations around the world and would like to officially welcome Amphib Guinea to the world stage. We will take up the offer to open a small embassy on their lands, and extend an invitation for them to open their own embassy in the Dominion. The Dominion of Talkos hopes for continued mutually beneficial relations between our two nations.
