On this Glorious day, The Gradenk Defense Initiative Corp (GDIC), A private Corporation owned by the Gradenk Armed Forces, publicly announced that they have obtained lucrative manufacturing rights from the nation of
Crimson Blades. According to sources from the Ministry of Defense, The GDIC were looking for new and effective designs and units to replace ageing units of the Gradenk Military. The new designs offered by Crimson Blades ,according to the source, "are original and have new technologies that would be useful to the defense of our great nation ".Although Gradenk has been known to be a potent military power, new technologies from Crimson Blades have caught the top brass in Gradenk Military their tongues wagging. ( figure of speech ). It is expected that Gradenk would upgrade their military in stages though critics vehemently opposed any new purchase of weapons sighting that Gradenk's current Forces are sufficient for its need.
Nevertheless, As the debate goes around, The GDIC are careful to ensure that their livelihood would not be threatened by this new development. Top Military officers have been rumoured wishing to sell GDIC to third Parties due to lack lustre sales of the corporation.
GDIC have recently set up a large manufacturing plant in Oxnard Montalvo, one of Gradenkian Protectorate to manufacture units from Crimson Blades. The Facility is fully operational and would be able to manufacture up to 5 000 Crimson Blades military Products per year.
The manufacturing rights obtained from Crimson Blades warrants that the Gradenk can only manufacture them but are not allowed to sell any products either in part or whole to any forces.
The GDIC have also extended an invitation to the President of Crimson Blades, President Kenneth E. Howitzer (Commander in chief of the Federation of Crimson Blades ) to officiate this historic event. GDIC have also invited the government to place a representative in board of directors if they wish to do so.
