In order to ensure the security of further land and water resources for the terraforming projects, the Eniqciri Imperial Province of Kasei will be laying claim to large sections of Noachis Terra, Terra Sirenum, and Aonia Terra on land, and a section of Vastitas Borealis, the bed of the Oceanus Borealis, adjoining our current borders and extending out above Menelmacari holdings on water. It is our intent to use the existing aquaduct infrastructure as a base off of which to begin preliminary residential and industrial development of these areas.
Upon completion of the necessary terraforming projects, sections of territory may be sold for the price of development.
We have also put our sights on Terra Cimmeria, Promethei Terra, and Tyrrhena Massif, but the work to do done in those regions is primarily ecopoesis and watershed redirection, and current land claims make obtaining the necessary clearances for work there prohibitive. As ecopoesis is far more the domain of the Snel, and any current inhabitants worth their water will likely do the watershed work themselves, we shall avoid those areas for now. However, we will not hesitate to provide the current inhabitants of those regions with advice on how best to proceed.
