Recently, a group of rebel environmentalists lobbied on the streets of Sanchez City, outside the royal palace. When Emperor Elafo Sanchez saw this, however, he ordered them to be taken from their homes and put in 'camps' scattered about the fridged peaks above Sanchez City. Here, they worked all day, and were not allowed to speak for fear of death, or worse. These camps have existed for some time now under the Emperors rule. Many of them are becoming full, however. The solve this crisis, the government has been executing one prisoner per camp each day. Sticking with the "convicts cannot be rehabilitated" theory he has kept for so long, Emperor Sanchez claims that he will raise the speed at which these criminals are killed if too many more start coming in. So, he has sent word out to several other nations saying that if anyone wishes to have these people, they may take them for free, but most provide transportation. He requests that fifty be left behind for medical experimentation, but anything else is your to keep. Thank you.
