It has been decided by the comittee of 12 that in the Empire of Penguenia, anyone not worshipping Emperor Raziel as god will be exterminated and dissected to find exactly what is wrong with them. The remains will be made into soap to wash the 'infidels' waiting to be executed.

The Realms of the Darkness take note of the excellent deterent such a punishment would make and inform the Home Office to make this a legal practise. The Realms of the Darkness will be using a punishment for treason against traitors.

The holy Empire of Penguenia has stopped executing the so called "heretics" and has started exporting them to our neigboring countries. "It was taking too many of our rescources," says Emperor Tobias Raziel, "I have informed the Eccesiarchial executors that crulety is not the way to convert the masses, but unification.
