Whittier's national police have captured foreign drug lords growing illegal marijuana plants in our Lake Tahoe region.
We thought about deporting them but decided against it because they violated our soverignty.
We must show the world what happens to those who violate our soverignty.
Hence, their heads were severed from the bodies and they then sewn back on and impaled on stakes and put on display along our borders for all foreigners to see.
