Any Romanian plots on West Ukraine lands will not be tolerated... we will seriously come down on you with the full force of our troops as well as those of our allies. We abhor violence, but our frustration with this ongoing West Ukraine fiasco can turn us from pacifists to crazed killers.
You have been warned... we would negotiate some sum of money for your withdrawal costs if that would help, but under no circumstances can the territorial integrity of West Ukraine be compromised.

OOC: I am not aware of any deals between West Ukraine and FR regarding whatever land has been exchanged... if I am being a jackass right now due to my ignorance of some agreement then please ignore these posts and send me an insulting TM. If not, then what I say here stands! :x

We ask you, in the interests of peace and international stability, to restore WU its territories or seek some agreement with WU making this transfer legitimate. We are willing to moderate any agreement or to provide you with a financial incentive in leaving, but are willing to use force should the need arise. I'm not sure I know what you're talking about? 50 Billion seems reasonable, I would advise that WU accept the offer, since it could do a lot for the reconstruction of battered WU... however your possession of whatever WU territories is still illegitimate until such time that WU accepts your offer.
