Ex-Esamopian scientist Emilia Nurberg, recently fired from Esamopian Head Research Facility for "excessive use of unorthodox methods," has genetically engineered a special type of locust. This locust will be able to devestate whole regions with its breed of highly resistant and extremely reproductive locusts that could devour whole farms in minutes!!

Security personnel turns on lights... sees mad scientist broadcasting her message to a "microphone" (really a large marker with a rubber ball attached at the end.) Seven cats were also located in the small bedroom, which has served as the scientist's residents for weeks now. She was quickly taken into protective custody for psychiatric rehabilitation.
Sorry... there are no super locusts.
