With the end of WU-RF-CP wars, Whittier wishes to withdraw its force of 1500 troops from West Ukraine. But we cannot afford to transport them back home. So we are asking for assistance.

All of whittier's troops who died in the fighting must be brought home for proper funerals.
If you can arrange it.
The Ruschic forces do not have the necessary resources to assist in actual transportation of the troops, but we'd still like to help, by sending sixteen Su-27s to escort the eight C-17 aircraft, simply for the sake of ensuring a safe trip home.

We intend to withdraw the survivors and bring back the remains of the rest.
Use the Su-27s to your will. When all the troops have been brought home safely, the fighters will return to Ruschic territory. If it becomes necessary, more can be sent.

We have been from the beggining. The Capital, Skye, is Warsaw. Our largest industrial city, Myer, is Lodz. Commie Poland is a different Poland. ;)

The Dominion of Kotterdam offers the use of its military airlift and sealift commands to help return the remainder of your troops safely home.
Bring them to the Land of the Ukrainian Trident, it's in Crimea.
