New Region, for noobs, to practice war
The region of Emerilia is looking for more members to join. This is basically a region for noobies and we are planning to have a few practice wars to between ourselves and a rival region. If you are inexperienced this is the place to be, veterans are also welcomed however.

OOC: Indeed. But my military kind of sucks, since I only have an air force, so I wouldn't be able to do much, unless we'd just be throwing pretend units around.
