OOC: bad science - all grain is GM from the original grasses. The only difference between modern GM and ancient GM is the time has taken. So you have essentially made 10,000 allergic to any grain.

but these 10,000 people have weakennd immune systems, and weak stomachs, so they cannot handle the Modified foods, but for some reason are able to handle non-GM foods
