Your not a n00b, your a novice...n00bs are those who dont ask questions (just to make you feel better)...
1. It's all your head. You need to get a feel for your economy and dicated the number of military personnel, which is anywhere from 1-5% in peace and up to 10% at war (although you can claim militia or citizen armies exceeding this number).
2. You post it up as an RP on the boards.
3. You can kill others but you can annex them if they dont godmod.
