..who are the primary suspects in last month's raid on Ali'Staan. We're not quite sure who it was yet, but they used webgates, and it sure didnt seem like Tor Yvresse, which leaves the Dark Eldar nation of Raem as the prime suspect. Still, we want to be completely sure before we retaliate.

We have had rather extensive dealings with those vile wretches, and will gladly give you what information we can... for a price. Many lives were lost to get this information, and we would not have it wasted. If you are seriously interested, feel free to contact us.

((OOC Doh okay Melkor I sent you a Telegram on this, if you get it great, if your box was full from Mod Stuff or just people trying to get in touch with you, say so, and I'll post what was said in it here, but for now I prefer it a secret.))

We can, as a matter of courtesy, forward numerous Dark Eldar transmissions we have on file, we would warn you of graphic content, but somehow we imagine you have no such problems :
Transmission 1 (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1369504#1369504)
Transmission 2 (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1380271#1380271)
Transmission 3 (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1531372#1531372)
We believe that the third transmission may be of interest in confirming if your raiders were Dark Eldar, as it should facilitate testing of their weaponary. Conventional eldar weapons are somewhat less sadistic.

-Deputy Minister of Foriegn Affairs
((I'm tagging this, because I want to see Raem's reaction...))

Well, Deceiver, I see you are aptly named. Run to them, like a good lapdog. I thought you were a star god, now I see you are a gopher.
Archon Mieka, the Dark
[Response, sent implanted in a captive's brain to Hide. (The messenger will {No choice} decrypt and reveal the information only when in the prescence of Archon Mieka, or understanding that she can hear it.)]
Why call oneself the messenger if one does not deliver messages? Running to Melkor? I hardly think so, there is no reson for me to withold such information, unless you feel threatened, safe in your webway, after all, how can they - to quote you - "exist to serve their betters," if they do not know who those betters are.
As I said when first I met you, the existing powers here serve my ends quite well, and I shall aid - and hinder - them as I see fit. Your safety is not comprimised by this, so let them "flail impotently in their rage" against you.
Perhaps next time, if you were to inform me of such raids beforehand, I would be more interested in preserving your anonymity. And again, pointing them in the direction of information - that you yourself have published - to maximise their fear is hardly the same as supplying new information to them is it?
However, in truth, I was not responsible for this, you can however, hold the human Senator William King responsible. You see him before you now, extract whatever vengance pleases you.
[As soon as the message is delivered his face is altered to be unrecognisable - don't want you broadcasting the torutre of a C'tan senator, even though there is a spare body currently being buried - his memory has been edited to remove anything of possible value, he doesn't even know how he got there, just that he went to sleep and woke up in hide saying that.]
