We don't like Russian Forces. But we don't want to get too involved. I'm going to therefore send a modest force of 500,000 level 3(balanced defense/attack trained) to West Ukraine, to help defend any countries there. I'm not getting involved, if I was there'd be yet another nuclear bomb pointed at Moscow.
I am just sending some defense troops to help them.
NOT an action of war.

A lot of us are here in fact to prevent the spread of your imperialism. Your actions picked up our interest when you attacked Finland, I was away during the CommunistPoland thing but am catching up, and the fall of Ukraine would be disastrous opening up Western Europe to you. The Allied States cannot allow this to happen.

If RF refuses to abide by the referendum, we will get involved since we just send some medics and soldiers to help the wounded and the police forces.
RF is currently occupying West Ukraine and is threatening Free Rumania.
