Okay, before we help you modernize, you have to realize that you have to be a bit more... patient with electronics than orcs traditionally are. For one, smashing a computer with a war club will NOT make it go faster. Secondly, sticking your finger in an outlet is NOT a good way to see if it's working.

The disclaimer out of the way, we can sell you computers for anywhere from $250 to $10,000 a piece, depending on how fast/large you wish for them to be. Our plasma power plants (sense each can power a city the size of New York, your whole nation'll need about 5-10) cost $5 billion each and produce unlimited energy with no pollution.

Setting up a power grid for you will be a tricky thing, but we think we can fo it for about $300 million.

We can manufacture dem (orks are very good at this), but we need the technical training and blue prints. That is where our offer comez in.

ooc: btw, these are orks(as in warhammer 40k) they are interesting in that they are fungus/animal hybrids (they reproduce in spores) and originally the product of genetic engineering, which is why they could be of major use to a technological power that could reverse engineer them.
