Message to Grunge-France, from President Monsieur Hildebrand, broadcasting from New Genoa.

"The Citizen Senators have lost their ideals, have lost the principles of our Republic"

-Images of AoE2 Regional Soldiers (10,000 soldiers) sorrounding The Congress of The Republic in Mistral City-

"This has become a plutocracy, and I, as Supreme Guardian of the Principles of The Republic..."

-Soldiers trying to irrupt to the building of The Congress, Citizen Senators inside the building were debating on one issue, when they suddenly heard some shoots, they hurry to the access doors of The Building to see what´s happening.

"Nemo Tenetur Seipsum Pródere says our motto... "No one can be forced to betray oneself" but these Corrupt Senators have done it, these Senators have betrayed their own principles"

-Some Senators got killed because of the shooting, the President of the Senate is informed of the situation,and orders to the sentaros to return to the Congress Hall.

"The Congress of The Senate has been risking the future of Grunge-France: it made us participate in a war against Ketcha, and now is questioning about participating or not with our allies from APTO: they think Melkor is not a threat... I say, they are cowards who want to see The Imperium´s flag in the Suburbian Palace (Presidential Palace)... and it is about to engage us in conflicts with Xanthal for no reason..."

-The Captain of the soldiers gets into the Congress hall, and reads the next document: The Supreme Commander of the AoE2 Regional Army has ordered us to take control of these building at all costs, if you resist, force will be used. After he finished reading, Citizen Senators started to yell at him and insult him.

"The Congress has been avoiding your president, I, to defend the Republic as it has to be done: Citizens of Grunge-France, we cannot enter into a war with The Imperium -a real probability- with a Congress that it is worknig for the enemy! "Nemo teneturn seipsum pródere" no one can be forced to betray oneself... we cannot be forced to betray ourselves by having a Congress against our noble cause, The Republic"

-The Captain orders to open fire, the AoE2 Forces (non of these soldiers is Grunge-French, BTW) start shooting first, at the president of The Senate, and then to the rest of The Senators.

"My people: a New Congress will be elected, a one which will really represent the interests of The Republic, but this plutocracy has to finish: we will make a real representative Senate, a one that will see for the good of Grunge-France"

-Soldiers kill the 500 Senators, all the Congress Hall has blood in its walls... The Captain of The Soldiers gives the next orders: Order the forces to start the Plan 67.

"Right now, the AoE2 Army is defending YOUR rights, citizens of Grunge-France: and, to avoid any uprising from any traitor willing to create another corrupt Senate, 1 million of AoE2 Soldiers are now securing all Grunge-France (Plan 67). The Grunge-French solduiers belonging to the AoE2 Army will not participate, and will be sent to other locations in AoE2 Region, to avoid any treason"

-Soldiers start getting out the corpses, helicopters are seen above Grunge-France, they are there to kill anyone against what has been just done.

"I´m being informed, my citizens, that none of the Senators got hurt, but that they all fleed the scene, as the cowards they are... Not a single human life will be lost for this, I promisse, and remember, citizens: Nemo Tenetur Seipsum Pródere. Until we elect a new Senate, I will concentrate all the power on me and Alhponse, the Tlatoani of Defense, whose loyalty against the corrupt senators was always obvious to me."

The Ur government issued a statement to its northern neighbors as to what the hell is going on.

A New Congress is being formed, it will be integrated by 100 new Senators, all of them democratically elected

There have been major uprises in all Grunge-France, with 400 civilian cassualities so far, and 2 military cassualities.

A New Constitution will be published, that will declare that the Supreme Autohrity in Grunge-France will be The President in turn, and that he can veto any approved thing by The Congress, and can decide to dissolve The Congress of not.

The Congress will only be able to make statements on any issue, but the President won´t be forced to follow the Congress´will.

President Moniseur Hildebrand has stated, from New Genoa, that "I will not stay in power forever: I will leave as soon as my presidential period is finished".

While a New Congress is elected, and the third Grunge-French Republic is created, Grunge-France has addopted the official name of "The Most Serene Republic of Grunge-France" and has addopted as its flag the Revolutionary Flag (blue, white and red) used for the first time by The First Grunge-French Republic, 250 years ago, when we fought for our Independence against France.

In more recent news, President Monsieur Hildebrand has reproted civilian cassualities up to the 1 thousand, and military cassualities of 10 more soldiers.

The Army, highly loyal to the President, has executed all its duties as it had no feelings, and an unsensitive war machine, and some isolated abuses -rape and child assasinations- have happened.


The President has assured "If the citizens does not support my try to save this nation of the traitors and cowards, I will make them support me".

Monsieur Hildebrand has quitted from the charge of "President of The Republic" his announce of this was made minutes after the New Genoese-Melkorian peace was achieved.

President Alphonsé Gallé has decided that the official name of Grunge-France will now be "The Republic of Grunge-France", without naming it is the third one stablished.

Local governors have just been elected in a democratic way, the members of the local assamblies have also been elected in a democratic way.

when President Alphonsé Gallé was inquired on how much time will be needed to stablish a new Senate or a new Congress, he gave this answer:

"We need not to hurry this, right now, the country needs a strong stablished government that will only leave when things can work by their own. Democratic elections have been held to minor charges and minor possitions, but the High Government ranks will not be putted in elections until I think it is the right time"


There have been reports of other nations giving help to the rebels (mainly in Du Nord Isle) to overthrow Alphonsé Gallé, arguing that Grunge-France has never, nor will be, a dictatorship, the government has decided to acuse these people of "treason against the nation", the only crime in Grunge-France, alongst with "War against Grunge-Frrance" that is punished with death penalty, and so far right now, 312 people have been declared gulty, and 200 have already been executed.

THE NEWS, IN CNNGF:

Ex-President Monsieur Hildebrand has been arrested by orders of The President Gallé, and was acussed of "Treason against The nation" for having planned the overthrown of The Congress of The Republic, his future is unknown.

This movement is seemed as a try to break the conection and relation between Gallé and ex-president Hildebrand, hoping that will calm down the revolts all over the country,and the independentist movements in Isle Du Nord.

We have to remember that Gallé was the Defense Tlatoani of Hildebrand, and that they both agreed to overthrow the Congress, but Gallé has declared "I was only following orders, but Hildebrand will pay for what he did, he just created conflicts all over the country".

Due to the strong support Grunge-France has given to Zefyrz in its try to break away from Galdania, revolts and protests in the mainland have been more violent and with bigger crowds: AoE2 soldiers were ordered to open fire against a pacific revolt to "teach a lesson" and 54 people were killed.
Nevertheless, protests and separatist acts in Isle du Nord have been weaken because they see as a good move to offer Grunge-France as the destiny of the possible exiles from Zefyrz.

After a medium period of civil problems, it seems everything has calmed down in the mainland, after President Alphonsé Gallé announced that taxes were going to be reduced (from 77% to 20%, it will be gradually).

However, Isle du Nord, pleace where the Republicans were exiled once by the Confederacy de la Grunge-France, is increasing its independent movements, and at least 2 indepedent armed movements have been detected in Isle du Nord.
