Civil Liberties Notice

Up until this day, Pilot has not taken any measures against organizations that condone but do not explicitly involve themselves with violence. After a situation with a group called The White Aryan Pride, the Senate has approved revoking Article II.a in the Pilot Consititution that allows groups to do so.

It has been officially warned to all groups under this umbrella to denounce violence, or face government action.

We commend you for this action. These groups should learn to put their ideals across peacfully. Words speak much louder than force ever will.

The Blackshirts support this action whole heartedly, cracking down on hate has become a great Crusade of our century.

We are disappointed to hear that one of our allies has decided to cut back on civil liberties. While violence is horrible, what is even more horrible is if we let fear destroy our freedoms. Words alone cannot kill. It is violence in the psyches of sapient beings that kills. Teach children early that violence is not the answer, teach them that it accomplishes nothing. That is what we do. We allow our citizens to say whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want, to whomever they want.

Please note that the two nations who have come out in favor of your decision are a right-wing utopia and a iron fist consumerists. Not typically nations our respective nations tend to agree with...

There is a difference between free speech and free speech that hurts others. Would you not target terrorist organizations when they committ acts of violence? You certainly would. For the safety and best interest of all your people. Complete civil rights, like the ones you describe of in your country, are product of weak and cowardly governments.

You preach tolerance but you fail to practice it, you don't see me denouncing you for being left-wing do you? Also, the inherent weakness in your country is that you sit on you ass waiting for something to happen instead of being proactive about it, that and the fact that you are just a micron away from anarchy. It really would be too easy for a concerted terrorist effort to bring you country too its knees, especially if it was anything like Al Qaeda.

We condemn this act of curbing Civil Liberties...Why not just arrest the wrong doers and punish them. You probably have laws against Murder and assault, kidnapping , Rape. ...just enforce them.

Not all of them are violent, although, we are expecting small revolts against this decision. However, with this new ability, our government will be able to take action against people who comitt violence because of this decision.

While I applaud the intention of Pilot (to prevent further acts of violence), if I may so recommend, keep a watchout for those with past histories of violence, particularly those involving methods commonly used by terrorists.
