We do no not want to have a state of war against you because we have bought a lot of Military items from you, and we do not want to enrage a large powerful country such as yours.

And judging from the fact that my army is currently a few thousand men armed with blunt objects, and only 200 of them armed with Beretta pistols, I'm sure you understand why I'd rather stay out of fights. :wink:
