We use designated Take off times and landing times.
Like 30mins TO, 30mins Land
Anyway, if you used VTOL, STOL and CV, you could land and take off at the same time, but if you were using CTOL, only on eon deck at a time.
That is why we use time sessions, but you dont have to.
