Some of those prices are too low, and some are too high. For example, I think the RL Chinese are selling a MiG-21 variant for under $10 million, and the F-14D costs almost $100 million (when adjusted for inflation).
the very best fighter planes at the cheapest prices! No. There are better, and there are also cheaper. The KE-1 (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=28783) is an example of a cheaper fighter.

You forgot the / in the end img bracket.
24-09-2003, 21:30
yeh well the prices are sorta steadily increasing as the quality of the stock improves, whereas a jump from 10 to 100 mill could put off customers.

As for the Mig 21, i have changed it to 'one of the best.........' and i wont put that other one on because in my opinion the Mig has more potential
24-09-2003, 21:32
oh rite, thanks

and being as there is demand i will stock the KE1

24-09-2003, 21:40
they are built on a slightly improved design to the older models, better construction, more effiencient egine, less fuel consumption etc.

nothing major but it does increase the price a little bit

(btw they are now reduced to 11 mill each)

Just to point out that the Mig23 is actually that great, even the russians estimated that the best version the MLD (which isn't the one pictured) would get owned by the phantom and anything newer.

The MiG23 doesn't make a good starter plane. The pilot work load is absolutly horrendous and it takes highly trained pilots to get any real effectiveness out of it, plus the cockpit visiability is horrid.
