We request that RF forces withdraw their forces out of West Ukranian territory without delay, and we urge any other troops in West Ukraine to withdraw or get explicit permission from the West Ukranian government to stay.
We understand that the referendum results show a close divide between pro-RF and independence forces, yet we will leave "re-negotiations" or any other arrangements between the newly independent West Ukraine government and RF to themselves. We will not interfere unless asked to moderate by both sides.
