The Macabean nation has promised 1 million infantry, 2,000 tanks, 1,000 mobile AA guns, 500 anti tank aircraft and 1,000 fighters along with 30,000 350mm artillery howitzers.

All of this will be supported by 30 million tons of petrol, 200 million tons of MRE's, 200,000 replacement weapons of all kinds monthly, 42,000 Pegaso Heavy Trucks and 1.5 billion USD daily (about some 500 billion yearly). I have a 2.8 trillion military budget annually (according to the pipian site).

All of this will arrive at your region by tomorrow (actually in two months, 4 hours RL) and will be under your command.

BUT, you must promise to turn over 1/4 of Phillip's territory at the end of the war. I will occupy this with some 50,000 troops (getting some 10 billion USD yearly for maintainence).

The Allied States pledge our support to Eridu in return for simply trade agreements, we are already deploying 4 fleets to the area (Posted in other thread) that should arrive within the month, and are preparing an expeditionary force of some 80,000 Marines and 180,000 Army soldiers to be shipped over once the accompanying support forces are decided (Tanks, artillery, etc.) we will ship any weapons or supplies requested.

The nation of Sukara is within Mesopotamia as well, and has been a peaceful neighbor with all of the nations inhabiting it.

We, too, are under siege and are repelling the enemy with as much energy as can be mustered, but our dwindling economy prevents us from being able to solely defeat these two nations.

Here it is, officially:
"The council and leading monarch of Sukara officially declare the Federation of Sukara to be in a state of level III warfare against the oppressive nations of PHILIP II and Obedineta Makedonija."

The Macabean Duma (puppet parliament... name taken from Imperial Russian parliament) has allowed the Macabean armament industry to provide equipment to all Mesopotamian allies.

But I'll go ahead and put this here.
Eridu is undergoing military downsizing.
Hence, due to the rule that you start off at 2% of your military and add one each for draft, increased military spending, or defense priority,
but if you cutting back on military spending you have to subtract one.
So instead of 2%, Eridu only has 1% of its population in the military for a total of 9.8 million troops.
this figure is based on yesterday's profile. I haven't seen today's yet. But I am assuming we are all using yesterdays, for the wars.

The Sukaran infantry combines what the nation of America designates the Army and the Marine Corps. It is used primarily for defense, simply because Sukara's economy can hardly support a major offensive off the home continent.

(Easily managable by my nation, this is about 1% not counting support forces.)

OOC:You dont have 9.8m troops if you are doing 1%. You may have 9.8m in the military, but spread that among navy, airforce, and army, and plus tons of support troops, etc...You might have 1, or possible 2m, and im not forcing you to do anything, but if you want a functional army, I suggest doing as i say.

To add maximum logistical success I could also add in another 30,000 Light Pegaso Trucks solely for the purpose of supplying Eridu's forces. Our economy has risen to all consuming with a budget of 16 trillion and a budget of some 8 trillion with a non-war military budget of 4 trillion meaning we can push funding to around 700 billion USD, 400 billion to our troops, 300 billion to allied troops.
