Standing at a podium, the leader of the Federation of Sukara poises himself for a world broadcast, live. The familiar flashes of cameras illuminate the room for brief moments at a time as reporters from countless political entities prepare themselves for the speech.

Having been given the 'Okay' by the cameraman, Alexander the Third clears his throat, and begins to speak.

"Venerable nations of this world, noble delegates and illustrious leaders, I bring you news that the cradle of civilization, your famed Mesopotamia, has been invaded."

The room, unexpectedly, remains devoid of the familiar chattering of reporters.

"Four days ago and some odd hours, the Kingdom of Philip II, allied with the Holy Empire of Obedineta Makedonija attacked and invaded Mesopotamia. In recognition of this, the United Nations excommunicated the Kingdom of Philip II, and currently the region is in chaos. While we have attempted to call upon our neighbors for help, communications is apparently at a standstill. Sukara's military is becoming mobilized, but the two nations as allies are more than a match for us. We now call upon your help to assist, our dwindling economy can not handle these nations."

The Kingdom of PHILIP II is a very large, safe nation, remarkable for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 119 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Law & Order, and Religion & Spirituality. It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Defence, although Education and Social Equality are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 70%, and even higher for the wealthy. A robust private sector is led by the Information Technology, Book Publishing, and Gambling industries.

Guns are banned, military spending is on the increase, voting is voluntary, and a government program is underway to revitalize Sukara's beaches. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Sukara's national animal is the Star Lynx, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Epsilon Sovereign.

It is sorely needed. Our economy (as you can no doubt for yourself see) cannot support more than one third of our current navy, which is fit for a nation two thirds our size.

Sukara's economy has plummeted to "developing" where it was once "Frightening."

In any case, military assistance is sorely needed.

The Macabean Empire is willing to help as we have just gotten our economy to powerhouse (woohoo). In two months (maybe 4 hours in RL life) after a mobilization we will be able to provide 1,000,000 infantry, 2,000 Pz.VI Cheetah's (stats below), 1,000 Stug Ausf. B AA, 500 SS-101's (Anti tank aircraft) and 1,000 SS-102's (superior fighters).

All of this will be supplied by 30 million tons of petrol annually (tell me if this is too little), 200 million tons of MRE's, 200,000 replacement weapons (200,000 of each kind), 12,000 Pegaso Heavy Trucks and 30,000 350mm Howitzers (towed, each come with truck; to save petrol sometimes only half are moved and then the trucks go back for the other half).

The Macabean government has forseen a cost of some 1.5 billion a day (which is payable since I have 2.5 trillion dollar defense budget according to the site).

These troops will be at your major port in three months if you except (by tommorrow) and will be under your control although I will be looking at your actions and have the right to withdraw support if I see you using them ineptly.

The Allied States will support Sukara with any weapons and supplies needed. Also the Allied Navy (I focus on my Navy) has sailed the Excelsior Battlegroup, 12th Naval Squadron, 9th Naval Squadron, and 3rd Submarine Flotilla to defend convoy interests and should further help be needed, a quick response.

The situation in Mesopotamia.
A few days ago, Philip II and his ally invaded Mesopotamia. Got delegate status and then proceeded to kick every nation out and ban them from the region. I think the admin or mods figured out what he was doing cause both were kicked out of the UN for rules violations and Philip II lost delegate status. But those who were banned by him are still banned.
The banned nations are Sukaru
_uruk_
_lagash
and _kish.
_Eridu_ was banned but then removed.
The only nation not banned was _Susa_ .
In response I created Mesopotamia_ which has a password it can't be invaded. (Except by hackers).

EDIT: Not to get crazy I'm going to send the forces outlined in the other post to Mesopotamia where I hope you will allow as a launching base for a major offensive into Phillip II.
