Cruise missile fired over Truckee, California
Today, a chellian submarine briefly surfaced, as it opened its launch doors. Having been resupplied and lurking in international waters, the submarine fired one cruise missile over california, above truckee, by lake tahoe. Instead of some heavy explosion, the cruise missile dropped thousands of leaflets, and once it finished dropping them, it self destructed. The leaflet read:
Your owners care nothing of you, and
would leave you to die rather then peacefully
turn over control to us chellians. Flee this area,
at the sight of the first chellian aircraft, or you
shall feel the wrath of the chellian armed forces.

[ Who is the "rightful" occupier of california. I know there is alot of nations which claim it i can think of 3 off the top of my head ]
Multiple nations claim parts of it, but Whittier says that lake tahoe is his.

The 7th airbourne had landed in mozambique a week ago, knowing what they would be asked to do. And they were to do so. So they did.
Chellian P-3 strike aircraft, RAA Strike Fighters, and MOHA Interceptors had come first. Ready to take out SAM units if encountered, or enemy aircraft, they knew the success of the mission depended on them. As they got close enough, they armed their weapons, and were prepared to strike anything. The second wave was slightly behind, with the same type of aircraft, but more tuned to AA fighting, as well as the Airbourne force(75 cargo planes filled with troops). They would clear a straight path to truckee, and when they got there, they were to occupy the city. Enemy resistance was expected to be light, as whittier was already dealing with other military problems, and they only held some of california.

We demand that Chellis halt its aggression and withdraw all invasion forces at once. If not, Whittier is prepared to defend its territorial soverignety by launching 15,000 nuclear tipped ICBM's at Chellis.
Chellis has 15 minutes to comply.

Chellis is deliberately taking advantage of Whittier's weakened state to carve off part of Whittier's territory for a colony.

Chellis boasts the strongest military in the world. Do you wish to try to take us on now? Also, we arent invading whittier, but whitterian california, and only a portion of it at that. If whittier cedes it to us, we will still pay 180b for a 50x50 mile area around lake tahoe.

That is not colony. That is part of his main territory.
I was un-aware, but my stance still stands. We can also offer whittier the same amount of lost land in chellis or mozambique, if he wishes.
You are invading a sovreign nation, and the area you want is not too far away from his capital. Who's to say you won't use it later as a staging area to conquer the rest of his nation.

Chellis is saddened that whittier is so unreasonable, and hopes that it will not try to get more nations to do its fighting for it, lest chellis need to ask its allies to help "Take you out", something we could easily do ourselves, but at higher casualties.

Whittier does not have the troop strength to repel the invaders. We call on our allies for support.
Chellis does the same..and can think of a few choice allies...
