A middle aged man was caught with a "loaded" d20 - (that is, a d20 that will always role high numbers, if not a 'natural 20') in the Armed Republic of Munchkinoids today. He was quickly apprehended as the man attempted to flee the scene, knowing full-well what his punishment would be.
Onlookers were shocked and appaled that someone could even consider commiting such terrible offense.
"Simply disgusting. People like him give Munchkins a bad name!" said Dheros Janglevine, a lvl 20 ranger who walking his pet Beholder at the time.
After an intense interrogation by the Regional Guildmasters, the man said only this -
"I made it myself. Nobody sold it to me so you don't have to execute my familly and friends to find out where I got it."
The d20 was hastilly destroyed, removing it's foul taint upon the land.
Afterwards the man, who's name has been erased from all records was taken to Execution Hill where he was suspended by a rope and dunked into a tank full of a substance loveingly called "Mordakai's Solution of Unimaginable Torment", the potion, created by the Regions founder GrandMagus Morakai is rarely used except in the most henious of crimes - a loaded d20 being nearly as henious as mentioning Mordakai's phylactery.
Asked about the Pipendavian Lich Lord, Dheros Janglevine gave us this comment - "Yeah, he's a deranged madman but we all love him anyway."
The criminal's family was sent to a prison colony thereafter, on the charge of conspiracy to create criminals.
