The Agrigentian Government has set up an economic stimulis plan to help stabilize your young economy. The package will be composed of:
1) £1 Billion Republican Marks (approx 2 billion USD)
2) £2 Billion Republican Marks (approx 4 billion USD) in maturity bonds. When your population reaches 150 million population these will be opened to you.
3) A free trade agreement with our colony North Islandia.

Charity soemtime works and soemtimes it doesn't, a better answer is to bide your time, forge some links and see if you can come up with something we all want.
As an offer i make you this:
Give me 18,000men, i'll train, equipment and mould them into a UK Style ready division, In return i ask that you sign a non agression pact, open your ports and airfeilds (or provide me land to biuld such things for you) and grant me use of said division as i require it for the next 10 years (10 NS days). i will also offer you a 25% discount on all sales from Crookfur arms as part of the deal.

Basically out of the deal you would get
232 tanks (likely my LBT2 Koshi light tank or i might produce a new export heavy)
660 IFVs
96 self propelled guns
20 command vehicles
24 MLRS units
201 LAVs (mostly AA version but others as well)
9 SAM batteries
96 towed artillery guns
400 other vehciles (inc trucks, land rovers etc)
16 gunships and 8 light utility helicopters
plus all the rifles etc needed.
If you join the region of Sultane Gol, I, MBCRCN will give you 20,000,000,000 crowes (40,000,000,000 USD) and 2,000 OBT117s (O'Brien Tank 117) to jumpstart your economy and military.

OOps i mis read that but i think you really emnt the airfeilds etc, i should have stats etc later on (basically a couple of secury military airfeilds with 100 aircraft plus capacity, and a couple of docks and maybe a shipyard).

Fancy setting up a trade agreement, whereby I agree to reduce by 50% the import taxes on trout from your nation in return for you waiving import taxes on Lemonade from my nation? That way I get a littlemore business for my lemonade manufacturing industry (your nation is very small, after all), and you get a lot more trade for your trout-farming industry ( my nation has a pop'n of over 1.045 billion - imagine how much trout they eat in a year!)

Sounds a little steep to me - $11 per trout and you have a deal.
Lemonade at the equivalent of US$0.50 - that's for a 2-litre recyclable bottle full. Made with real lemons!

Agrigento wishes to protect its investment, therefore we will provide you with left over military equipment and "Temporary Protectorate" status. This just means if you get in trouble (economically, politically, or militarily) we will help you out, as long as it doesnt disturb our other foreign interests or national security.
In total the following military equipment will be sent:

10,000 Beretta AR 70/90 assault rifles
100 F-16's
200 Tornados
I know these do not equal a balanced, or formidable amount of equipment on their own, but when supplemented by your own armed forces they should add in effectiveness and lethality.
