But we have found that not only should we only recruit FC born people, but rather open it internationally!!!!

Hep with the production of new weapons, vehicles, ships and planes is needed aswell.

Sierra Pampa will allow a limited number of recruiting stations to open in our county for you efforts. We have no laws against serving in foreign powers armed services, so long as their service does not infringe on our sovereignty or involve us in foreign conflicts. The servicemen of Jace are completely loyal to the motherland, and they would never even consider working for another power (Anyone who does, it's a citizien of Jace...)

They are not criminals, but the recent coup has put them in a position where it is advisable to serve elsewhere. (ala certain Germans serving/hiding out in La Legion Etrangre in the 40s and 50s).
