Well, actually if your nation exists anytime after, 2175 (pulls a number out of a hat.) you can exist on the moon.
But if you try to move to Earths Moon, you will be blocked by a forcefield that prevents you from traveling back in time to the moon of 1990-2020 time period.
Space flight is very primitive in this time. The Moon is shared by two nations, West Moon. And now East Moon. West Moon is the progenitor of all future Moon nations. West Moon breaks up into the smaller nations in the far future due to economic collapse and sever societal crises.
East Moon is the first nation to leave West Moon.
Technology:
Space shuttles and space planes.
Defense:
Converted Shuttles are used as transports.
Space planes have been modified to be able to shoot brief but intense beams of laser at enemies. They have also been retrofitted with Rockets.
Defense sattelites orbit the moon to protect it against aggressors.
Sattelites only have laser and missile weapons.
West Moon has Interplanetary Missile capability in case of attack from earth.
They also have up to 120 nuclear weapons (still pointed at earth).

You might not know, but Whittier is a troll. That is a net term for someone who seeks to gain attention by saying or doing something people will take offense at. It's kind of like a little kid who wants attention so badly that he is willing to do anything to get it...teasing, hitting, stealing...and if you punish him/her, it only makes it worse.

Almost no one plays with Whittier because of this...he mostly plays with himself through various puppet accounts. He doesn't understand that he would get more attention if he stopped trying to get it so hard.

So I suggest you just ignore him, OOCly and ICly. You'll have a better RP experiance.

I thought everyone knew Earthsmoon was region. I created it months ago. But deleted it last night so I could recreate with a password because there are people invading other people's regions and taking over so people are being banned from their own regions.
I simply made mine, invasion proof.

Password undergoes change at least 25 times a month. On a random basis. :P
